Withesike offers luxurious contemporary accommodation in a classical lakeland building. Mixing the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as exposed stonework, panelled windows and beams with modern kitchens, bathrooms and electrics.

The open plan living space has a lounge area with sofa and armchair, oak dining table and a modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a separate washer dryer.

It offers two double bedrooms and brand new family bathroom. The master bedroom has a bespoke built headboard and dual aspect windows. The bathroom has a character beam feature around the window contemporary sink, toilet and bath with monsoon shower over.

Brand new electric heating system, contemporary sofas and Smart TV and broadband make this a fantastic base any time of the year.

Sleeps 4 people with travel cot if required.

Derwent House is located just over the Portinscale bridge, around a 15 minute walk into Keswick in a quiet village location on the round Derwentwater walking route. Close to the popular Chalet tea rooms and a five minute stroll to the lake, Derwentwater Marina and Nichol End boat hire.
