Riverside View is a stylish, light and airy two bedroom ground floor apartment set in peaceful grounds only a short walk from the town centre, with allocated parking. Often visited by ducks and pheasants from the river bank, it is also dog friendly.
Property Details
There is a secure external entrance leading to the internal entrance door, with entry answer phone. The apartment is set in well maintained communal gardens.
The front door leads to a bright hallway with large store cupboard with coat hooks and shoe storage.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space and an excellent range of utensils and integrated equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine with tumble drier, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small bistro table and 2 chairs.
The spacious and airy lounge/diner has a rear aspect with views across the communal gardens to the fells. It has comfortable seating (large sofa and two chairs), round oak dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, digital radio and an electric fire. There are also 2 USB charging points and free wi-fi is available.
Bedrooms consist of a double with oak wardrobe and a spacious twin bedroom with double wardrobe and integral dressing table and mirror. All beds have duvets and linen is provided.
The fully tiled bathroom has a deep bath with mains shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and towel rail.
The apartment is centrally heated and hot water is constant.
Towels are provided as standard. A travel cot and high chair can also be provided on request.
One small dog is very welcome (additional charge applies), please do not leave it alone in the apartment.

Directions:
- Travelling west towards Keswick from Penrith on the A66 take the first turning left signed to Keswick
- Turn right at the junction with the A591 from Ambleside and head downhill past the Twa Dogs public house and continue on past the cenotaph near the town centre and through the pedestrian crossing following the road as it bends left and right through the pedestrian crossing at the western end of the Market Place.
- Turn left at the small mini roundabout just 100 yards further on and then filter to go on the right hand fork past the taxi rank and bus stops outside of Booths Store.
- Turn right again and ignore the turning right to go into Booth’s car park but continue along to the car parking area amongst the houses and apartments a little ahead. Follow the road round to the right, and turn left into Elm Court car park.
- Please use space No 5 in the first row of spaces.
- Riverside View is to your right, the entrance is via the porch area in the corner of the building.
- The entrance to the apartment is in the corner of Elm Court. Riverside View is through the door to the left of the staircase. There is a light switch to your right for the hallway outside the front door.
