7 Greta Grove House is a lovely, spacious two-bedroom second floor apartment in a quiet resident area. Greta Grove House is a short walk from Keswick town centre, with allocated parking.
Property Details
There is a secure external entrance with entry answer phone. The front door leads to a spacious hallway with store cupboard, coat hooks and shoe storage.
The Living room is a great size with two arm chairs, and a sofa, and looks out over the River Greta and has wonderful views of Latrigg, Skiddaw and Dodd. It has a fireplace with electric fire and TV.
The kitchen has been recently installed and is beautifully modern and has an excellent range of utensils and integrated equipment; a refrigerator, freezer, washer dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a dining table to seat four.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and extensive built in wardrobes and dressing table with view out towards Keswick and Walla Crag in the distance.
The second twin bedroom is also a generous size and has one wardobe and plenty of space to move around. All beds have high quality duvets and linen.
The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and towel rail.
Towels and a hairdryer are provided and a cot and high chair are available on request.
The apartment has full gas central heating and constant hot water supply from a combi boiler. There is free Wi-fi available for guests’ use.

- Directions:
Travelling west towards Keswick from Penrith on the A66 take the first turning left signed to Keswick. - Turn right at the junction with the A591 from Ambleside and head downhill past the Twa Dogs public house and continue on past the cenotaph near the town centre and through the pedestrian crossing following the road as it bends left and right through the pedestrian crossing at the western end of the Market Place.
- Turn left at the small mini roundabout just 100 yards further on and then filter to go on the right hand fork past the taxi rank and bus stops outside of Booths Store.
- Turn right again and ignore the turning right to go into Booth’s car park but continue along to the end of the road. You will see some car parking areas ahead.
- Follow the road around to the right and head past the Elm Court car park, taking the next entrance, just after Lonsdale House, into Greta Grove Car park.
- Space no 7 is clearly marked and is the first space on the right hand side, adjacent to the wall.
