7 Greta Grove House is a lovely, spacious two-bedroom second floor apartment in a quiet resident area. Greta Grove House is a short walk from Keswick town centre, with allocated parking.

There is a secure external entrance with entry answer phone. The front door leads to a spacious hallway with store cupboard, coat hooks and shoe storage.

The Living room is a great size with two arm chairs, and a sofa, and looks out over the River Greta and has wonderful views of Latrigg, Skiddaw and Dodd. It has a fireplace with electric fire and TV.

The kitchen has been recently installed and is beautifully modern and has an excellent range of utensils and integrated equipment; a refrigerator, freezer, washer dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a dining table to seat four.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and extensive built in wardrobes and dressing table with view out towards Keswick and Walla Crag in the distance.

The second twin bedroom is also a generous size and has one wardobe and plenty of space to move around. All beds have high quality duvets and linen.

The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and towel rail.

Towels and a hairdryer are provided and a cot and high chair are available on request.

The apartment has full gas central heating and constant hot water supply from a combi boiler. There is free Wi-fi available for guests’ use.
